We were excited to team up with North again on a series of 5-second animations for Columbia Sportswear. Despite the tight deadline, we were determined to deliver exceptional work. To hit the client's goal, we built anatomically accurate character rigs for male and female bodies and modeled the Columbia jackets. We then simulated these jackets on the character rigs, breaking through a fracturing window.

To set the scene appropriately, we were provided a hi-res photo of a Dicks Sporting Goods store front that we projected onto geometry to ensure the opening and closing shots felt more realistic. Lastly, the provided photo was shot during a summer evening, so we added snow to the shot and brought the detailed winter vibes.
